Replacement Policy:
Any product that has a manufacturer defect will be replaced within the warranty period (two years from the date of receiving the product)

You will be directed and explained the correct way through Donia technical support to take the steps that help in solving the problem.
If it is not done correctly, it will be sent to us and the product will be checked, and if it turns out that the problem has a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent directly to you because it is under warranty.
If the problem is that the customer does not know how to follow the steps described in the technical support, and the product works without any problems, it is sent to the customer again.
It is calculated 26 riyals for sending the shipment to us and 26 riyals to send it again to you. (Sending at the customer's expense).
Or the customer sends it in any way convenient for us to our examination center.
